"Blessed Art Thee Among Women" - Mary
We cherish Mary as the mother of Christ and yet sometimes forget that she was raising a toddler who needed to be guided and taught, just like other children.
This scene reminds us that she was a young mother who worked hard to teach her little boy of his divine nature and the beauty of the world that God had created for him.
"And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him."
The piece is by far the most complex to build properly because it has two detailed faces, but it's also one of the lowest priced panels in the series. Mary's robes are regal with the deep blue, the royal red and the golden ornamentation.
Inspired by Sistine Madonna, by Raphael, 1512
Value associated with this work is "Divine Nature."

Colors often vary from the photo because each piece is unique and when we build a new copy of the panel we may make small changes.
