Stained Glass Fan Lamps and Nightlights
Fan Lamps and Nightlights are easy, simple projects that will provide you with hours of fun in the making.

On this video, David and Jeanne Gomm will take you through the steps to making stained glass fan lamps and nightlights. The projects are simple and fun to make and you'll find the pacing of the video light and breezy and the instructions easy to follow.
They will take you through selecting and copying a pattern (which can be found on the on-line and on-disc pdf). Then you see how to cut and grind the glass. You'll then be shown steps to applying copper foil and soldering the project.
Finally there's a cleaning and assembly section. It's a lighthearted, enjoyable video.
There is also an extra that you can access from the main menu. It's a quick introduction on how to make your own wooden base. It's quick and brief since wood workers will grasp the ideas presented readily. There are also plans for the base on the pdf.
